Hayley Preen, Hazel Magill and Nicola Walker took on the Cape Town Cycle Tour by storm this past weekend, Preen coming 2nd in a photo finish sprint. It was a bitter sweet feeling, however the team will now shift focus to the next big race – 947 Ride Joburg.
“I was hoping for a small group to get away on Chappies or Suikers, however the girls seemed to push for a sprint, so we had to re-access and shift focus on a sprint. I’m happy to have taken 2nd, and feel like im in good form for Cape Epic, which starts on Sunday.” – Hayley Preen
